Adele Garkida was born 16th February, 1968. She holds a Ph.D in Industrial Design from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, where she now teaches. She has participated in workshops and exhibitions nationally and internationally. Her current interest is waste glass recycling. Her works are greatly influenced by the interaction of art and science in our daily lives.
